  • Whether the account has violated platform terms

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • The user has attended live sessions or viewed recordings
  • The user has completed quizzes, assignments, assessments, or certificate requirements
  • The user violated platform terms
  • The refund request is made after the allowed refund period
  • The user simply changes their mind after using the course content
